School Fund

School Fund – A voluntary contribution

With your agreement and approval, we would like to ask you to make a voluntary contribution of 50p per week for your child. If you have more than one child in school, we ask for £1.00 per family.

With this voluntary contribution we hope to enhance your child’s time here at St Edmund’s and we can promise that the school fund will only ever be spent on the children.

Some of the activities that school fund will pay towards are: a pantomime, theatre companies, Christmas crafts that the children can bring home, the Christmas parties, Easter crafts, ice-cream parties for good attendance, a school disco, transport for educational visits, planting flowers & vegetables, cooking in lessons and so on.

You will be provided with a form at the beginning of each to either consent or decline to contribute to school fund. Money will be collected each Monday morning. Please send it in with your child in an envelope. 

You can pay school fund in the following three options:

• Weekly payment - 50p per child of £1 per family 
• 3 termly payments - £6 per child or £12 per family
• 1 annual payment - £18 per child or £36 per family
