At the end of Key Stage Two, pupils’ outcomes provide a clear picture of their attainment and progress following their primary education.

These outcomes are assessed through a combination of teacher assessments and national tests (SATs) in reading, writing, mathematics and grammar, punctuation and spelling. Children are judged against national standards, with the expected standard indicating that they have secured the knowledge and skills needed for secondary school. We place equal importance on pupils’ academic achievement and their personal development, ensuring they leave us as confident, independent learners who are well prepared for the next stage of their education.
